At the time of this map the Squadron had just moved from Rattlesden in Suffolk to Andrews Field, nr Braintree in Essex.

I have been unable to trace CPL L F Schortmann, whose name appears onn the map,. In general Corporals were not air crew but assigned ground roles. Some did serve as Air Gunners.
